Where can I find a LOMASLEGAL Shop?

Must I make an appointment?

No. All you have to do is drop in, whenever you want and whenever it suits you.

How does your shop work?

In principle, it’s pretty much like any other shop: a stationer’s, baker’s or shoe shop. The only real difference is that, instead of buying a biro, bread or a pair of shoes, you purchase legal advice. You’ll be met first by the shop manager, who is also a lawyer and who, before passing you on to our lawyers to deal with your query, will explain to you anything you want to know about how our shop works.

Who is behind LOMASLEGAL?

We are a group of professionals who are looking forward to providing this new service in Spain. Almost all of us are practising lawyers, and the head of LO MAS LEGAL S.A. is Ms. Bettina Götzenberger, member no. 16,698 of the Barcelona Institute of Lawyers, with more than 20 years’ experience in the profession.

Must I provide my personal details to access all the services?

We ask for your details, in the first place, to be able to provide you with an invoice and, secondly, to be able to provide you with information on our services, if you wish. All the details you provide us are entered into a database, duly recorded in Spain’s Database Register. In other words, we comply with all data protection requirements.

Does LOMASLEGAL provide advice on all legal matters?

Yes. We will reply to any legal query. If, due to its complexity, we cannot provide you with an instant response, we will offer the best solution for you.

What should I do if I have to lodge an official complaint (demanda) or draw up a summons (requerimiento)?

We will help you with everything. We will send you to an office which specialises in the subject and with which we have a collaboration agreement, and we will tell you what it will cost you, so that you can go in the knowledge that you are in good hands.

In the online shop, can I withdraw my query?

Yes, you can, provided you do so within 12 hours of receipt of the confirmation e-mail, and that you have not yet received a response from our team of lawyers. If these conditions are met, you money will be refunded.
